Product Introduction

The DERA 2nd generation NVMe SSD Controller “MENG”, which is designed for enterprise class and data center environments, achieves high reliability, high performance and big capacity features. The MENG controller supports NVM Express (NVMe) specification and customized protocol like open-channel. Built-in multi-core CPU and flexible NAND management interface, support mainstream domestic and international NAND flash. The MENG controller provides dual-channel DDR interface, delivers high I/O bandwidth with low latency.


Advanced LDCP ECC algorithm extends SSD endurance and uses less flash while ensure high data reliability, helps customer to reduce TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Built-in multi-core CPU provide flexible choice which help developer to customize software to meet key-business requirement in enterprise and data center.
