The D7436/ D7456 NVMe SSD is DERA's High performance enterprise product line. These products utilize a Gen4 PCIe interface and are compatible with NVMe 2.0. Advanced 128-layer 3D TLC NAND is applied to provide high throughput and IOPS, very low latency, and consistent quality of service. The D7436/ D7456 product line has an efficient firmware architecture which to optimize drive performance and endurance and is available in high capacities up to 15.36TB. The intensive LDPC units and end- to-end data path protection improve the product reliability. It features thermal monitoring and protection, SMBus for out-of-band management.
The DERA D7436/ D7456 NVMe SSD is compatible with mainstream OS and virtualization system. The performance meets the requirements of database and virtualization application. The DERA D7436/ D7456 NVMe SSD tries to keep a balance between performance and cost, to help customers to reduce TCO.
The DERA D7436/ D7456 NVMe SSD has two endurance classes: D7436 (1.92TB, 3.84TB, 7.68TB, 15.36TB) is 1 drive writes per day (DWPD) @5years; D7456 (1.6TB, 3.2TB, 6.4TB, 12.8TB) is 3 DWPD @5years.
